Do dermal injections hurt?

Fillers are injected into the skin in tiny amounts using an ultrafine needle. To optimize comfort during the short procedure, the area can be frozen prior to injecting. The dermal fillers often include Lidocaine, an anaesthetic agent, in the syringe.
